Buying trucks from overseas takes trust. Don't take our word for it. Check everything yourself first.
Registered Chinese company
Look up our Unified Social Credit Code on the official government registry at gsxt.gov.cn. Legal name, capital and status are public record.
Business licence on request
We send a copy of our business licence with every first quotation, before you commit to anything.
Bank name matches
Our beneficiary bank account is in the company's registered name, never a personal account. Verify it against the licence before any transfer.
Video-call inspection
Join a live video call and walk around your exact trucks before shipment. Real units, real yard, your schedule.
Third-party inspection welcome
SGS, BV or your own agent can inspect the trucks before loading. We cooperate fully with any inspector you appoint.

Documents with every shipment
Clean paperwork is half of a smooth import. These are prepared for every order and the originals are couriered to you.
- Commercial Invoice & Packing List
- Matching your Proforma Invoice exactly: unit prices, chassis numbers, weights and dimensions for customs clearance.
- Bill of Lading
- Original, telex release or seaway bill, whichever suits your bank terms and destination port practice.
- Certificate of Origin & conformity certs
- Standard CO, or Form E where your country has a trade agreement with China, plus destination-country conformity certificates such as COC, PVoC (Kenya/Tanzania/Uganda) or SONCAP (Nigeria) where required.
- Inspection report & warranty
- Pre-shipment photo and video report of your exact trucks, plus the manufacturer warranty terms confirmed in writing.
Warranty & after-sales
In writing, before you pay
The manufacturer's export warranty is confirmed in your Proforma Invoice before you pay. Spare parts are available through SINOTRUK and SHACMAN's international networks, and every truck ships with a starter spare-parts kit. After delivery, our WhatsApp line stays open for parts and technical support.
Straight answers
What is the minimum order?
One unit. Single trucks ship by RoRo or in a 40ft container; mixed orders of different models in one container are welcome.
Is my payment safe?
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, so you never pay the full amount before your trucks are made and inspected. We also accept Letters of Credit. Before any transfer, verify our company registration on gsxt.gov.cn and check that the beneficiary bank name matches our licence.
Do you sell factory-direct?
Yes. We supply SINOTRUK HOWO and SHACMAN trucks factory-direct from China, new, remanufactured and refurbished. Buying direct keeps pricing competitive across the whole range, keeps export paperwork in one accountable set of hands, and gives you a single point of contact from quote to delivery.
How long until my trucks arrive?
Standard production lead time is 30 days from deposit; in-stock units ship faster. Sea freight depends on your port. We quote door-to-port transit time with every quotation.
